Asalaam Alaikum!
With Ramadan less than a month away, some are already planning meals and making foods that can be frozen in advance so that Ramadan is not spent cooking all day. With the fasts for some falling during the most hottest and longest days of the year, it is important to be careful regarding what you eat. Not being able to eat from sunrise and sunset means you have to plan carefully what you are going to eat to ensure your body receives enough nutrients etc.
Our bloggers will soon be thinking of Ramadan and sharing their Ramadan recipes, so we thought it would be ideal to put them in one place for you to find. Please take a look at the linky below for inspiration on what to eat and drink during Ramadan.
